There is no problem returning an item for exchange within 30 days of purchase. The 30 days are extended for 10 days after Christmas if you purchase more than 30 days prior to Christmas.
- All items eligible for return must have a return authorization (RA) number.You can obtain this via email or phone "email is preferred".
- Do not forget to state the size or style you wish to exchange for.
- Returned Goods. The Customer is Liable for postage costs unless the Goods are defective or there is an error on our part in size or style shipped.
- Payment by Credit Card. Your Credit card will be Charged/ Credited accordingly.
- Payment By Cheque. Any additional price difference must accompany the returned item to avoid delays.
- Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. It is a company policy not to refund. However, a credit note can be issued.
