Your item comes with a 12 months warranty and is covered against all manufacturers faults.

If the item is defective as a manufacturing fault and is covered by the warranty we will pay for the returning post.

All items undergoing repairs can take up to 14 days, or longer if the item has to be sent for an inspection to an independent leather expert in which case the process could take up to 28 days.
